Clinical Psychologist

Psychological therapy involves creating a path for positive change. It focuses on what is most important to your sense of well-being and mental health.

I strive to create a safe therapy space for such a journey based on trust, respect and compassion where we work together to develop a shared understanding of your concerns, lived experience and individual needs.

Therapy can then be tailored to your individual circumstances with a focus on your priorities for moving forward and coping well in your life.

I am committed to providing individualised evidence-based treatment for adults, adolescents and children to address issues concerning mental health.

Anxiety issues, PTSD and complex trauma, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, eating disorders, interpersonal and adjustment issues, behavioural concerns, grief and loss.
Perinatal mental health is also a special interest.
Pregnancy(antenatal) and after baby’s arrival (postnatal) can be a specialtime, however, it can also be a time of increased vulnerability for mental health concerns. For women and/or their partners who encounter difficulties coping during this time, it is important to access support as early as possible.
